I'm going to say again what I said in your other deviation, is that your icons are what is going to kill this product. They're far too cartoony. And your dialers are also on the right track, but too futuristic. Go more professional, and I think you'll be heading in the right direction.
Otherwise, I think you have a very promising product. 8/10, and +faved again.
It's very clever with the slide-out being another touch screen. Of course, should this become a reality, it would have to be made to only be active when it's slid out.

Looks very very great, though I would suppose that MS would use rather a more black-and-whitey interface. Nevertheless really great!
Oh, and one question: The web mode on the upper right side seems to have two 3,3'' screens, so one (the slide one) ought to be a bit smaller than the other. Why is that?
